    This was a memorable experience that was handled professionally.

    I went in to get my 'working with children' card started. Two others, at the same time, we're doing likewise and at that point all three other staff were entering in other peoples' details for forms and other ID cards, etc. I was happy to wait. The staff managed this situation brilliantly. And were apologetic and fair to their colleagues and customers.
